NEWPORT — The following cases were heard in Newport Circuit Court during the week ending Nov. 30 and the week ending Dec. 14:

Adam Wetherby, 35, 155 North Main St., Apt. 4, Newport, pleaded guilty to simple assault, physical contact, Sept. 4 in Newport and was fined $450, suspended for one year on good behavior.

Michael Montroy, 32 Laurel St., Apartment 11, Newport, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, aggravated, Aug. 25 in Newport, was fined $750 and sentenced to 17 days in the Sullivan County House of Corrections with five consecutive days to serve and his license was revoked for 18 months. He pleaded innocent to DUI-Impairment, and the charge was dismissed.

Alec C. Kimball, 28, 809 Hurd Pond Road, Unity, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, second offense, driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or controlled drugs June 22, was fined $750 and his license was revoked for three years. He was also sentenced to 17 days in the HOC with five consecutive days to serve.

A charge of criminal mischief against Travis Stephansky, 22, 224 Adams Drive, Washington, April 19 at the Lake Ashuelot Estates Beachhouse in Washington was withdrawn.

Michael J. Skarin, 47, last known address of 232 North Main St., Newport, failed to appear to answer a charge of operating after suspension July 13 in Croydon and the case was defaulted through the New Hampshire Department of Motor Vehicles.

Mariah West Robie, 28, 45 Central St., Apartment 2, Claremont, pleaded guilty to willful concealment of items valued at $28 from Dollar General Nov. 8 and was sentenced to 180 days in the HOC, suspended. A charge of bail jumping July 30 was withdrawn.

William Stowe, 56, 104 Morse Hill Road, Newbury, pleaded innocent to harassment Oct. 14 in Newbury, shining two to three bright lights at a home in Newbury throughout the nighttime and continued after being told by law enforcement to stop. His case was placed on file without a finding.

Marian K. Hill, 25, 273 East Mountain Road, Newport, pleaded innocent to speeding 50 mph in a 40 mph zone Aug. 16, an administrative finding of guilty was handed down and she was fined $50.

Allen L. Bugbee, 48, 388 Sugar River Drive, Claremont, pleaded innocent to a non-inspection charge Aug. 22, an administrative finding of guilty was handed down and he was fined $60.

Julian A. Badger Jr., 50, 1820 George Hill Road, Springfield, N.H., pleaded innocent to driving after revocation/suspension Nov. 3 in Grantham and the charge was placed on file without a finding.

Jessika L. Nelson-Kendall, 428 Airport Road, Perkinsville, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation/suspension Aug.17 in Sunapee and was fined $310.

Daniel J. Bernard, 35, 37 Pond Road, Wilmot, pleaded no contest to speeding 82 mph in a 55 mph zone Aug. 30 in New London, was found guilty and fined $434.

Aiden K. Stark, 50, 19 Karlene St., Newport, pleaded innocent to operating with a suspended vehicle registration, operating with a suspended drivers license and driving after revocation/suspension and all three charges were placed on file without a finding.

Tawnna M. Seaver, 27, 212 2nd New Hampshire Turnpike, Lempster, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation/suspension Oct. 14, 2018 in Lempster and was fined $250.

Christianna A. Larouche, 32, 33 Huntley Ave., Charlestown, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation/suspension Aug. 27 in Newport and was fined $250.

Kathleen R. Gabriel, 53, 85 Rutland St.. Watertown, Mass., pleaded guilty to reckless driving Aug. 30 on Interstate 89 in Grantham, speeding greater than 100 mph, was fined $500 and her privilege to operate in New Hampshire revoked for 60 days. A charge of speeding 102 mph was dismissed.

Kayla J. Brown, 29, 18 Middle St., Apartment 18-3, Newport, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation/suspension July 5 in Newport, was fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in the HOC, suspended. A charge of operating an uninspected vehicle was withdrawn.

Andrew Parker, 35, 167 North Main St., Newport, pleaded guilty to simple assault Dec. 8 in Newport and was fined $300. He pleaded guilty to criminal threatening—conduct, and was sentenced to 30 days in the HOC, suspended. He pleaded guilty to a simple assault charge Dec. 12, which was placed on file without a finding.

A charge of speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph zone Aug. 1 in Sunapee against Wayne A. Flanagan, 64, Sunapee, was withdrawn.

Charges of operating with a suspended drivers license and driving after revocation/suspension Aug. 29 in Newport against Kim A. Askew, 33, 4 Walker Lane, Claremont, were withdrawn.

William L. St. Cyr, 36, 2334 Main St., Springfield, N.H., pleaded innocent to disorderly conduct Aug. 3 in Springfield, was found guilty and fined $100.

Jason D. Heath, 66 Myrtle St., Apartment 3, Claremont, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation/suspension Nov. 2 in Newport and was fined $250. He pleaded innocent to following too closely and the charge was dismissed.

Roberta L. Lentz, 56, 42 Laurel St., Newport, pleaded innocent to operating with a suspended registration and driving after revocation/suspension Oct. 12 in Newport and both charges were placed on file without a finding.
