NEWPORT — The following cases were heard in Newport Circuit Court during the week ending Feb. 15:

William RJ Sumerix, 48, 12 Alexander Ave., Newport, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order Jan. 11 in Newport and was sentenced to 10 days in the Sullivan County House of Corrections, given credit for three days of pretrial confinement and the remaining seven days were suspended.

Riley Jo Busby, 21, pleaded innocent to operating without a valid license July 17 in Newbury, an administrative finding of guilty was handed down and she was fined $50.

Charles Cramer, 60, pleaded innocent to speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph zone Nov. 7 in Sunapee, an administrative finding of guilty was handed down and he was fined $75.

Michael Moodie, 22, 524 Sunapee St., Apartment 12, pleaded innocent to operating a non-registered vehicle Oct. 14 in Newport, an administrative finding of guilty was handed down and he was fined $100.

Teague L. Hartwell, 27, 103 Winter St., Newport, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation/suspension July 11 in Newport and was sentenced to serve seven consecutive days at the HOC and his license was revoked for one year. He pleaded guilty to driving after revocation/suspension Aug. 9 in Grantham, was fined $500 and was sentenced to 12 months in the HOC with all but 60 days suspended.

Kolbe D. Bocko, 20, 21 Summit Road, Newport, pleaded no contest to speeding 66 mph in a 50 mph zone Oct. 17 in Sunapee, was found guilty and fined $124.

Cote BC Swenson, 30, 758 Route 10, Grantham, pleaded innocent to driving after revocation/suspension Sept. 12, 2018 in Newport, and the charge was placed on file without a finding.

Coralee M. Husband, 49, 31 Bridge St., Windsor, pleaded innocent to speeding 70 mph in a 65 mph zone May 26 in Springfield, was found guilty in an administrative finding by the court and was fined $80.60.

Micah VCK Donovan, 34, 29 Route 4A, Wilmot, pleaded guilty to breach of bail July 20 and was sentenced to 30 days in the HOC, suspended. A second charge of stalking, domestic violence was withdrawn.

Jeremy EW. Gering, 19 9 North Peak Village, Newbury, pleaded guilty to negligent driving Nov. 23 in Sunapee, was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended for one year on good behavior and his license was revoked for 30 days

Ashley E. Lyman, 26, 11 East Main St., Apartment 4, Warner, pleaded guilty to reckless driving Nov. 30 on Interstate 89 in Grantham, was fined $500 and her license revoked for 60 days.

Deborah Gannon, 62, 4 Lear Hill Road, Goshen, pleaded guilty to simple assault, physical contact in Goshen and was sentenced to 10 days in the HOC, suspended.

Randy A. Hoisington, 57, 259 Chandlers Mills Road, Newport, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation/suspension Oct. 11 in Newport, was fined $500, suspended for one year and sentenced to 30 days in the HOC with 23 days suspended. His license was also revoked for one year. A charge of operating an OHRV on a public way, Oak Street, was withdrawn.
