NEWPORT — The following cases were heard in Newport Circuit Court during the week ending Feb, 1.

Scott W. Coleman, 46, 111 Garnet Hill Road, Sunapee, pleaded innocent to domestic violence Dec. 1 in Sunapee and the case was placed on file without a finding.

Amanda J. Sidney, 37, 32 Court St., Apartment B, Newport, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation/suspension; DUI, Oct. 13 in Newport, was fined $250, suspended for one year, sentenced to serve seven consecutive 24-hour periods at the Sullivan County House of Corrections commencing March 13 and her license privilege to operate in New Hampshire revoked for one year. She pleaded innocent to negligent driving and the charge was placed on file without a finding for one yea on good behavior.

John Simpson, 32, 225 Maple Ave., Claremont, pleaded guilty to summons instead of arrest and was sentenced to10 days at the HOC, suspended for one year. Simpson pleaded guilty to prohibitions: driver’s license, April 29 in Newport and was fined $200. He pleaded innocent to driving after renovation/suspension and he charge was placed on file without a finding for one year.

A charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 15 at Mountain Edge Resort against Nicole R. Moore, 38, 17 Sullivan St., Apartment 6, Newport, was amended to theft of less than $1,000. Moore was fined $2,000 with $1,600 suspended for two years with restitution to Mountain Edge Resort in the amount of $166.77.

Taylor J. Lacombe, 30, 19 Ramblewood Place, Newbury, pleaded innocent to criminal mischief Nov. 28 in Newbury and simple assault/domestic violence Nov. 28 in Newbury. Both charges were placed on file without a finding.

A charge of domestic violence against Donal R. Miller Jr., 70, 490 Elkins Road, Elkins, Aug. 22 in New London was placed on file without a finding. He pleaded innocent to resisting arrest or detention and that charge was also placed on file without a finding for one year on good behavior.

Jeremiah A. Nason, 30, 28 Belding St., Apartment 2, pleaded guilty to operating without a valid license and was fined $1,000.

Zachary Guerin, 19, 44 Summer St., Newport, pleaded innocent to simple assault/mutual combat Aug. 26 in Newport and the case was placed on file for one year. He also pleaded innocent to a second charge of simple assault/mutual combat and the charge was placed on file without a finding. He pleaded guilty to two charges of domestic violence/simple assault March 30 in Newport and was sentenced to serve 21 days in the HOC.

Scott Parris, 54, 32 Faxon Hill Road, Washington, pleaded innocent to criminal mischief and simple assault charges Nov. 7 in Washington and both charges were placed on file without a finding.

Mariann J. Hayes, 43, 490 Elkins Road, New London, pleaded innocent to domestic violence Nov 23 in New London and the charge was placed on file without a finding on good behavior for six months.

Chad W. Lovett, 56, 714 South Main St., Newport, failed to appear to answer a charge of driving after revocation/suspension Nov. 4 in Newport and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. He was also charge with not equipped with an interlock device and a bench warrant was also issued for his arrest on that charge.

Corrina M. Carr, 44, 2 Crescent St., Springfield, Vt., failed to appear to answer a charge of driving after revocation/suspension Oct. 2 in Newport.

Cody S. Denofrio, 33, 54 Morway’s Park, Charlestown, failed to appear to answer a charge of driving after revocation/suspension, subsequent, Nov. 10 in Newport and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

Thomas L. Foreman, 44, 60 Middle St., Newport, failed to appear to answer a charge of disorderly conduct July 134 in Newport.

John O. Kainu IV, 31, 23 Greenwood Road, Newport, failed to appear to answer a charge of operating with an expired license Nov. 26 in Newport.

Julie Morse, 32, 43 West Terrace St., Apartment B, Claremont, failed to appear to answer a charge of driving after revocation/suspension Nov. 5 in Newport.

Steven W. Blood, 48, 256 Prospect St., Sunapee, failed to appear to answer charges of operating with a suspended registration and driving after revocation/suspension Oct. 12 in Newport. Bench warrants were issued for his arrest.

Shawn P. Koloski, 49, 359 Bascom Road, Newport, pleaded innocent to seven breach of bail charges; five criminal trespassing charges and one bail jumping charge. According to court records, all charges pending in these matters were placed on file without a fining for one year on good behavior, defined as not committing any act(s) that would constitute a felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violation as defined in RSA 259-39 (I) and compliance with all the terms and conditions of the sentences imposed
