NEWPORT — The following cases were heard in Newport Circuit Court during the week ending Dec. 21:

Rae-Lyn Lundeville, 21, 10 Ram Brook Road, Newport, failed to appear to answer a charge of endangering the welfare of a child between Aug. 4 and Sept. 22 and a bench warrant was issued for her arrest.

Joshua Partlow, 24, 557 Maple St., Newport, failed to appear to answer charges of resisting arrest/detention Sept. 7 in Newport; loitering or prowling at a Belknap Avenue location and both charges were defaulted through the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles.

Jarod E. Batchelder, 38, 131 Maple Ave., Claremont, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension April 23 in Sunapee and was sentenced to serve 30 days in the Sullivan County House of Corrections commencing Jan. 6. He pleaded guilty to speeding 55 mph in a 30 mph zone and was fined $200. Charges of driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, transportation of alcoholic beverages (open container), aggravated driving or operating under the influence of drug or liquor, and driving after revocation or suspension were withdrawn.

Frank Penney, 33, 80 Park Ten Road, Newbury, pleaded guilty to bail jumping in Newport and was fined $250.

Thomas Forry, 78, 3 Red House Road, Newbury, pleaded no contest to simple assault, was found guilty and fined $500 with $250 suspended for one year on good behavior.

Charles E. Wheeler, 50, 26 Golf Drive, Newport, pleaded no contest to having a dog that was a menace, nuisance or vicious Sept. 1 in Newport, was found guilty and fined $100.

Eric J. Rodgers, 52, Wilmot, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated Oct. 5 in New London, was fined $500 and his license revoked for nine months.

Serena B. Gorham, 22, 29 Prescott St., Apartment 3, Concord, pleaded guilty to negligent operation of a motor vehicle in a manner likely to endanger the safety of highway public by traveling at 104 mph Sept. 3 on Interstate 89 in New London. The original charge of reckless operation was amended to negligent operation.

Titianna Baker, 31, last known address of 54 Quimby Farm Road, Lempster, pleaded guilty to simple assault Sept. 11 in Newbury, was fined $1,000 with $750 suspended for one year on good behavior.

John C. Brayshaw, 34, 300 Horne St., Warner, pleaded guilty to conduct after an accident July 28 in New London and was fined $500.

Amanda R. Bulliner, 37, 12 Cross St., Newport, failed to appear to answer a charge of driving after revocation/suspension Oct. 31 in Newport and a default was entered through the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles.

Shawn M. Daisey, 40, 1373 Route 11, Sunapee, pleaded innocent to charges of domestic violence and criminal threatening June 13 in Sunapee and both charges were placed on file without a finding.

A charge of operating a non-inspected vehicle June 25 in New London against Brett C. Alexander, 34, New London, was withdrawn.

Douglas C. Lee, 19, 121 Unity Road, Newport, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation/suspension Oct. 19 in Newport and was fined $250.

Lester S. Caron, 52, 714 South Main St., Newport, pleaded guilty to operating with a suspended vehicle registration and was fined $500 with $300 suspended. He pleaded innocent to driving after revocation/suspension, subsequent, and the charge was placed on file without a finding.

Anna N. Stiffler, 14 Green St., Apartment 2, Claremont, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the Circle K parking lot July 13 in Newport and was fined $500 with $400 suspended for one year on good behavior.

The following cases were heard during the week ending Dec. 28:

Crystal Peacock, 19, 33 Whipple Road, Newport, pleaded innocent to simple assault/physical contact Sept. 5 in Newport and the charge was placed on file without a finding.

Chad Lovett, 55, 714 South Main St., Newport, pleaded guilty to motor vehicle not equipped with an interlock device March 1 in Goshen, was fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in the Sullivan County House of Corrections, suspended.

Timothy Nara, 25, 129 Sunapee St., Apartment 2, Newport, pleaded innocent to criminal mischief and false imprisonment charges Sept. 19 in Newport and both charges were dismissed.

A charge of non-inspection June 24 in Grantham against Verne Brehio, 59, 244 South Pitkin Road, Lempster, was withdrawn.

A charge of driving while intoxicated—impairment, April 19 in Newport against Rebecca R. Wheeler, 27, 112 Bowman Road, Springfield, N.H., was withdrawn.

A charge of simple assault Oct. 3 in Springfield, N.H., against Gilles J. Tanguay Jr., last known address, 365 Oak St., Newport, was withdrawn.
