NEWPORT — The following cases were heard in Newport Circuit Court during the week ending July 6:
Erica L. Harris, 31, 188 Southgate Road, Newbury, failed to appear to answer charges driving after suspension, driving with a suspended vehicle registration and speeding 41 mph in a 25 mph zone March 12 in New London and the cases were defaulted to the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles.
Nicole E. Anderson-Laraway, 48, 96 Greensward Drive, Grantham, pleaded innocent to endangering the welfare of a child Oct. 21 in Grantham and the charge was placed on file without a finding.
Thomas G. Laraway, 51, 96 Greensward Drive, Grantham, pleaded innocent to two charges of simple assault, physical contact, and they were placed on file without findings for two years on good behavior.
Cheryl L. Eldredge, 44, 4 Newport Ave., Newport, pleaded innocent to speeding 57 mph in a 40 mph zone Sept. 4 in Croydon, was found guilty and fined $100, suspended.
Barbara G. Lamson, 60, 51 Lamson Lane, New London, pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of drugs or liquor Oct. 10 in New London and the charge was placed on file without a finding; charges of endangering the welfare of a child, transportation of alcoholic beverages and aggravated driving while intoxicated were withdrawn. A charge of driving under the influence was reduced to reckless operation. Lamson pleaded innocent and the charge was placed on file without a finding.
A charge of driving after revocation/suspension against Maryrose Dimuro, 35,24 Mill Pond Road, New London, was withdrawn.
Brian Bucknam, 52, 721 Main St., Springfield, N.H., pleaded guilty to theft by unauthorized taking April 24 in Grantham, was fined $500 with $159 suspended for one year and ordered to make restitution in the amount of $150.
Felisha A. Grendell, 25, 210 Lincoln Ave., Washington, pleaded guilty to theft by unauthorized taking May 1 in Newbury, was fined $500, suspended for two years on good behavior and ordered to make restitution in the amount of $25.
