NEWPORT — The following cases were heard in Newport Circuit Court during the week ending Sept. 21:

Margaret A. Vasquez, 65, 344 Elkins Road, New London, pleaded innocent to domestic violence/simple assault Oct. 27 and breach of bail conditions in New London. Both charges were placed on file without a finding for two years while on good behavior.

Jeramhia C. Bedell, 30 River Bend Drive, Newport, pleaded innocent to driving after revocation/suspension April 7 and the charge was placed on file without a finding for six months on good behavior.

A charge of non registration against Michael P. Sailer, 59, 195 Birch Hill Road, Warner, May 25 in Newbury, was withdrawn.

A charge of speeding 55 mph in a 30 mph zone July 3 in Sunapee against Josiah Gove, 18, 63 Granite Hill Road, Wilmot, was withdrawn.

Trevor J. McConnell, 19, 57 Roundlewood Drive, Newbury, pleaded innocent to speeding 42 mph in a 25 mph zone May 8 in New London. An administrative finding of guilty was handed down and he was fined $100.

Drew H. Goinsalvos, 22, 18 West St., Apartment 1, Newport, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest/detention July 22 in Newport and was fined $200.

Leah Brown-Law, 24, 715 South Main St., Newport, failed to appear to answer a charge of driving after revocation/suspension in Newport and a bench warrant was issued for her arrest.

Jesse M. French, 49, homeless, Newport, failed to appear to answer a charge of resisting arrest/detention July 4 in Newport and a bench warrant was issued for French’s arrest.

Thomas L. Foreman, 44, 60 Middle St., Newport, failed to appear to answer a charge of disorderly conduct July 13 in Newport and his case was defaulted through the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles.

A charge of simple assault against Benjamin Rollins, 34, 13 Rollins Road, Sunapee, Nov. 10, 2015 in Newport was withdrawn.

A charge of non-inspection June 3 in Newbury against Christopher K. Tanner, 24, 191 Route 114, Bradford, was withdrawn.

Michael Moodie, 28, 524 Sunapee St., Apartment 12, Newport, pleaded no contest to a charge of non-inspection March 5 in Newport. He was found guilty and fined $60.

Todd A. Matte, 37 Whitetail Ridge, Grantham, pleaded no contest to driving after suspension, second offense, April 27 in Grantham, was found guilty and fined $620.

Corey A. Cole, 28, 1373 Route 11, Sunapee, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass May 18, 2018 and was fined $500. He pleaded guilty to simple assault March 24 and was fined $500.

Gaetano Sprague, 51, 14 Lake Ave., Sunapee, pleaded guilty to domestic violence/simple assault March 19 in New London and was sentenced to 14 days in the Sullivan County House of Corrections, suspended.

Cody J. Stewart, 27, 25 Pine St., Newport, pleaded innocent to dog control, running at large, was found guilty and fined $25.

Charles S. Margossian, 60 Skijor Steppe Lower, Sunapee, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated June 22 in New London, was fined $750 and his license revoked for two years. A charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated was withdrawn.

Ryan G. McKenney, 38, 26 Beverly St., Newport, pleaded guilty to conduct after an accident May 6 in New London and was fined $500. A charge of driving after suspension/subsequent, was withdra

Cale A. Manseau, 23, 137 South Main St., Newport, pleaded guilty to negligent driving, 60-plus mph in a 30 mph zone April 19 in Goshen and was fined $500.

Kaila Johnston, 19, 14 Laurel St., Apartment A, Newport, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession/intoxication while under the age of 21 Aug 2 in Newport and was fined $300.

Nickolas M. Elhardt, 27, 127 Laurel St., Newport, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation/subsequent, May 27 in Newport and was fined $250.

Jeffrey A. South, 64, 8 Spring Brook Road, Newport, pleaded guilty to unlawful activities/litter control July 15 in Newport and was fined $250.

Gabrielle Scanlon, 20, 44 South Main St., Newport, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession/intoxication while under the age of 21 Aug. 2 in Newport and was fined $300.
