NEWPORT — The following cases were heard in Newport Circuit Court during the week ending Sept. 7:
Cody M. Gales, 23, 24 Meadow St., Claremont, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief (vandalism), Dec. 16, 2017, and was sentenced to 270 days in the Sullivan County House of Corrections with credit allowed for two days of pretrial confinement and 268 days suspended along with restitution of $200. Two charges of domestic violence and two other charges of criminal mischief (vandalism) were withdrawn.
Corbyn T. Bunnell, 18, 60 Summer St., Apartment 1, Charlestown, pleaded innocent to being a minor in possession of alcohol while under the age of 21 July 26 in Goshen and the charge was placed on file without a finding for one year on good behavior.
Ethan GZ Bishop, 30, 18 Parkview St., Newport, pleaded no contest to speeding 64 mph in a 55 mph zone in Croydon June 26, was found guilty and fined $62.
Nicole D. Limoges, 18, 7 Santaw Lane, Walpole, pleaded innocent to being a minor in possession of alcohol July 26 in Goshen and the charge was placed on file without a finding for one year on good behavior.
A charge of unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor July 11 in Newbury against Carter McFarland, 19, 102 North Road Sunapee, was withdrawn.
Robert Gannon, 65, 839 Route 10, Croydon, pleaded guilty to criminal threatening May 7 in Goshen, was fined $1,000 with $800 suspended for one year on good behavior.
Robert B. Cabral, 16, South Sutton, pleaded guilty to disobeying an officer July 16 in Newbury and was fined $500 with $250 suspended for one year on good behavior.
Adeline N. Thompson, 24, 35 Emily Lane, Sunapee, pleaded guilty to having dogs that were a menace, a nuisance or vicious July 13 in Sunapee and was fined $100.
Jason W. Stadler, 48, 35 Woodland Trace, New London, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated July 11 in Sunapee, was found guilty, fined $1,000 and his license suspended for 18 months.
