was transported to New London Hospital.

11:32 a.m.—Officer responded to a report of motor vehicle accident on John Stark Highway. No injury and minor damage.

12 p.m.—Fire personnel responded to a report of tree across the road on Turkey Hill Road. Services rendered.

2:17 p.m.—Fire personnel responded to a report of tree blocking the road on Bradford Road. Services rendered.

2:21 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for possible overdose. Patient was transported to the hospital.

5:34 p.m.—Motor vehicle stop on JSH. Officer arrested Keri Greenwood, 36, of Newport for aggravated driving while intoxicated.

8:18 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject who fell. Patient was transported to NLH.

9:43 p.m.—Fire personnel responded to a report of tree on wires on Bascom Road. Eversource was notified.

Monday, 1/13/2020

9:32 a.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject with difficulty breathing. Patient was transported to NLH.

4:25 p.m.—Many calls were received reporting icy roads in the Town of Newport. Highway Department was notified.

4:49 p.m.—Officer responded to a motor vehicle accident on Bradford Road.

4:53 p.m. No damage, tow truck was on the way.

5:06 p.m.—Ambulance personnel received a call for mutual aid in New London. Request was cancelled.

Tuesday, 1/14/2020

12:22 a.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for male subject who had fallen. Patient was transported to the hospital.

9:49 a.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject with cut on leg. Services rendered and no transport.

9:57 a.m.—Officer responded to a report of disabled motor vehicle on South Main Street. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

12:40 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for subject with high fever. Patient was transported to NLH.

8:54 p.m.—Fire personnel responded to a call CO detector alarm on Maple Street. Services rendered.

7:11 a.m.—Fire personnel responded to a box alarm on Sunapee Street. Services rendered.

9:24 a.m.—Officer responded to a report of a theft on Sunapee Street. Incident is under investigation.

11:24 a.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject with back pain. Patient was transported to NLH.

5:29 a.m.—Officer responded to a report of motor vehicle off the road on JSH. Vehicle was gone on officer’s arrival.

5:33 a.m.—Officer responded to a report of motor vehicle off the road on Maple Street./Bradford Road area. Vehicle was gone on officer’s arrival.

6:21 a.m. Officer responded to a motor vehicle accident on Sunapee Street. No injury and vehicle was towed from the scene.

6:53 a.m.—Officer responded to a motor vehicle off the road on South Main Street. No injury and vehicle was waiting for a tow truck to arrive.

6:56 a.m.—Officer responded to a motor vehicle accident on JSH/Elm Street area. No injury and vehicle was towed from the scene.

7:12 a.m.—Officer responded to a motor vehicle accident on Parkview Street/Maple Street area. Vehicle was gone on officer’s arrival.

7:27 a.m.—Officer responded to a motor vehicle off the road on Bradford Road. No injury or damage to vehicle.

7:49 a.m.—Officer responded to a disabled motor vehicle on Cross Street. Services rendered.

9:54 a.m.—Walk-in reporting motor vehicle accident on Sunapee Street. No injury and minor damage to vehicle.

1:13 p.m.—Officer responded to a report of large tree blocking one travel lane on South Main Street. Fire personnel were advised to respond to the area.

3:55 p.m.—Fire personnel responded to a call for mutual aid in Claremont. Services rendered.

10:29 p.m.—Officer was requested to assist other police agency in Croydon. Services rendered.

6:04 a.m.—Officer responded to a report of wire down on North Main Street. Fire personnel responded and cut the cable line to reopen the road.

8:22 a.m.—Officer responded to a motor vehicle accident on JSH. Ambulance transported one patient to VRH. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

9:23 a.m.—Officer responded to a motor vehicle accident on School Street. Minor accident and no injury.

9:41 a.m.—Fire personnel responded to a call for odor investigation on Beverly Street. Services rendered.

11:21 a.m.—Fire personnel responded to a call for closet fire on Unity Road. Services rendered.

1:12 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject with difficulty breathing Services rendered and no transport.

4:16 p.m.—Walk-in reporting a theft of motor vehicle on Middle Street. Incident is under investigation.

6:45 p.m.—Emergency personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Oak Street. No injury and vehicle was towed from the scene. Officer arrested Andrew Latta, 28, of Newport, for DUI 3rd; impairment.

6:50 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for male subject who had fallen. Services rendered and no transport.

7:01 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for male subject who was lethargic. Patient was transported to the hospital.

9:11 p.m.—Motor vehicle stop on North Main Street. Officer arrested Jason Menard, 37, of Newport, for driving while intoxicated.
