3:50 p.m.—Motor vehicle stop on Elm Street Officer arrested Cody Denofrio, 32, of Charlestown for driving after revocation/suspension. Also arrested was Melissa Blaise, 49, of Proctorsville for arrest without a warrant (fugitive).

5::51 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject not feeling well. Patient was transported to DHMC.

Monday, Nov. 11

2::30 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for a subject with nose bleed. Patient was transported to NLH.

6:07 p.m.—Officer responded to a motor vehicle accident on South Main Street/

10:44 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject with abdominal pain.

Patient was transported to VRH.

Tuesday, Nov.12

1:33 a.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for a subject with difficulty breathing. Patient was transported to the VA.

9:27 a.m.—Officer responded to a report of a motor vehicle off the road on South Main Street. Services rendered and no injuries.

9:49 a.m.—Officer responded to a report of motor vehicle off the road on Bradford Road. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle.

10:13 a.m—Officer responded to a report of motor vehicle off the road on Corbin Road. No injuries and vehicle was towed from the scene.

11:02 a.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject with difficulty breathing. Patient was transported to VRH.

11:10 a.m.—Report of motor vehicle off the road on Reeds Mills Road. Tow truck was en route and driver was taken to the hospital.

11:32 a.m,—Officer responded to a report of a motor vehicle off the road on Maple Street. No injuries and vehicle was towed from the scene.

1::23 p.m.—Officer responded to a report of a motor vehicle off the road on Blueberry Ridge Road. No injury and vehicle was towed from the scene.

1:51 p.m.—Fire personnel responded to a call for mutual aid/motor vehicle accident in Croydon.

5:33 p.m.—Officer responded to a report of a motor vehicle off the road on Maple Street. No injury and vehicle was towed from the scene.

Wednesday, Nov. 13

8:10 a.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for a lift assist. Services rendered and no

transport.

3:36 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject with dislocated shoulder. Patient was transported to the hospital.

3:40 p.m.—Caller reporting motor vehicle complaint on JSH. Officer made motor vehicle stop and warned the driver for speed.

8:53 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject with possible stroke.

Patient was transported to VRH.

9::24 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for male subject needing lift assist. Services rendered and no transport.

9:56 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for male subject highly intoxicated.

Patient was transported to DHMC.

10:12 p.m.—Officer responded to a motor vehicle off the road on East Mt. Road. Vehicle was

towed from the scene.

Thursday, Nov. 14

3:46 a.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject with fall related

injuries. Patient transported to NLH.

6:08 a.m.—Officer responded to a motor vehicle accident on JSH. Minor accident with no injuries.

2 p.m. Ambulance personnel responded to a call for female subject who had fallen. Services

rendered and no transport.

2:30 p.m.—Officer responded to a report of harassment on Edgewood Park Drive. While investigating the incident, officer arrested Alan Lane, 52, of Sharon, Vt., for driving after revocation/suspension.

3:36 p.m.—Emergency personnel responded to motor vehicle accident on Sunapee Street. Vehicle was towed from the scene and no injury.

6:05 p.m.—Officer responded to motor vehicle accident on Maple Street. No injury and vehicle was towed from the scene.

6:37 p.m. Fire and rescue personnel responded to scene of accident on Maple Street for clean-up.

6:43 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for subject needing lift assist. Services

rendered and no transport.

Friday, Nov. 15

12:36 a.m. Officer responded to a noise disturbance report on Laurel Street. Subject was advised of the complaint and said he would turn the music down.

7:59 a.m.—Emergency personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on JSH. No injury and vehicle was driven from the scene.

2:46 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for a female subject not feeling well. Patient was transported to NLH.

6:22 p.m.—Officer responded to a report of harassment by male subject on Sunapee Street While handling the call, the officer came upon a subject that needed assistance. Officer

arrested Matthew C. Sullivan, 41, of Sunapee, for disobeying an officer, resisting

arrest/detention, drive after revocation/suspension and Alc Interlock MV not equipped

w/Interlock.

9:08 p.m.—Ambulance personnel responded to a call for a male subject needing lift assist. Services rendered and no transport.

11:30 p.m.—Emergency personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Elm Street. No injuries and both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Saturday, Nov. 16
