Sunapee

Larry D. Ledin, Palm Desert, Calif., sold Condominium Unit 27A at Indian Cave A Condominium to James and Nancy Rudder, Boxfield, Mass., for $575,000.

Daniel Connolly, New London, sold land with buildings on the southeasterly edge of the right-of-way for a roadway identified as Harbor Hill Road to Michael and Laura Salvay, Long Beach, Calif., for $637,000.

Granite Ridge Development LLC, Sunapee, sold land with improvements on the northeasterly edge of the right-of-way for Granite Ridge Road to Stefan and Karen Timbrell, New London, for $140,000.

Plainfield

Mary Ruest and Paul Ruest, Plainfield, sold land with buildings on the southwesterly side of Westgate Road to Andrea Cannon, Plainfield, for $300,000.

Jody Stender, Plainfield, sold a 1988 Astro 14 by 60-foot mobile home at Lot 12, Spruce Hill Mobile Home Park to Logan Goodhue, Lebanon, for $44,9-00.

Cornish

Cynthia Couture, executrix of the estate of Rodney L. Lovell Jr., Cornish, sold land with buildings on the highway leading from Windsor to Cornish Center to Timothy I. Steiner, Springfield, Vt., for $162,000.

Sean and Julie Baker, Claremont, sold land with buildings on the easterly side of the road leading from West Claremont to Cornish to Shawn R. Stender, Plainfield, for $142,000.

Charlestown

Barbara Ruskin, Watertown, Mass., sold land with buildings on the northerly side of Coral Avenue to Elizabeth Morway, Charlestown, for $92,800.

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Washington, sold property at 216 Sam Putnam Road to Cody Trybulski and Chelsea Kelly, Langdon, for $48,500.

Claremont

Jason and Virginia Hinkley, Claremont, sold land on the westerly side of Elm Street to Ariel and Paul Theetage, Claremont, for $160,000.

Theresa St. Pierre, Claremont, sold land with buildings to Abbey R. Rouillard and Alex C. Hudson, Claremont, for $118,000.

Washington

Dana Bradley, Washington, sold land on the southerly side of Main Street to Andrea and Edmund Morrow, for $111,500.
