NEWPORT — The Newport Thrift Shoppe is having a facelift.

Ruger Community Service volunteers will be painting the walls on Thursday, Feb. 27.

Feb. 20-25 will be the last days of the bag sale.

The Thrift Shoppe will be closed on Wednesday, Feb. 26 to allow Ambulance Volunteers to remove things from the wall.

Painting will be done on Feb. 27. The Ambulance Volunteers will be asked to put items back on the wall once it is safe for the paint and speckling to be touched.

Feb. 10-15—One-half price storewide.

Feb. 17-19—$1 Bag Sale.

Feb. 20-25—Bag Sale.

Feb. 26 to March 1—Closed for painting.

March 2-7—Closed for cleaning and restocking.

There will be a Thank You Party at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 6. The Thrift Shoppe will reopen on March 9.
