Jordan Crosby

ATHENS, Vt. — On Feb. 21, 2019, at approximately 6:09 p.m., troopers responded to Grafton Road in the town of Townshend for a report of two-motor-vehicle crash on Valley Cemetery Road in Athens. Upon arrival, it was reported that the operator of the second vehicle attempted to leave the scene. The operator of the other vehicle was Jeriah Bills, 20, of Townshend, Vermont.

Through investigation, the operator of the second vehicle was identified as Jordan Crosby, 31, of Chester, Vermont. Crosby was later located on Feb. 23, and denied leaving the scene of the crash. He was subsequently issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on April 9 at 8 a.m. for leaving the scene of an accident (LSA), false information to a law enforcement officer, operating without a license, and negligent operation.
