ST. JOHNSBURY, Vt. — On Jan. 8 at 8:30 p.m., Vermont state troopers were notified of a report of a missing person identified as Matthew Pierce, 26, of Barnet, Vermont and a press release was issued identifying Pierce as a missing person.  

On Jan. 10, Matthew Pierce was located by the St. Johnsbury Police Department on Main Street in St. Johnsbury, Vermont and he is no longer missing.
