ROCKINGHAM, Vt. — On May 13 the Vermont State Police initiated an investigation into a violation of an abuse prevention order in the town of Rockingham. As a result, Thomas Olsen of Rockingham, 58, of Rockingham has been arrested. On May 15 Olsen was arrested by Brattleboro Police for a second violation on this active abuse prevention order. Olsen was given a criminal citation and released with conditions to stay away from the victim. Olsen was cited for May 16, 2019 at 12:30 p.m., Windham Superior Court house in Brattleboro.
